Great and classic (not ever the same)

This Kostrikin's book is a deep introduction to algebra, the perfect companion in a pre-graduate algebra course in any university. You can find in it all the elements, with rigourous words, the easy and the difficult ones. I don't know a best book to begin in algebra.
